The personal information we collect depends on how you interact with us. It may include:

• Information about your legal or estate-planning circumstances that you provide via our online forms, surveys, or during consultations. This may include: whether you have a Will, details of dependants, whether you own property in NSW, whether you are in a blended family, the approximate value of your estate, and details of your business or investment interests.
• Records of your communications with us (emails, SMS, phone call notes, video call recordings where relevant and with your consent).
• Payment and billing information.
• Technical information collected automatically when you visit our websites, including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring website, and the date and time of your visit.
• Marketing preferences and consent records.
Some information you provide to us may be classified as "sensitive information" under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), including information about health, disability, family relationships, or religious beliefs, where relevant to your legal matter. We only collect sensitive information where necessary for the legal services we provide, and only with your consent.

• Directly from you, when you fill out forms on our websites, submit a survey, book a call, or communicate with us by phone, email, or in person.

We use GoHighLevel (LeadConnector LLC, a US company) to manage our client enquiries, send marketing emails and SMS, book appointments, and process form submissions. Your information may be stored on GoHighLevel's servers, which are located outside Australia (primarily in the United States).
• Google Analytics (Google LLC) — to understand how visitors use our websites.
• Google Ads (Google LLC) — to measure and improve the performance of our advertising.
• Meta (Facebook) Pixel (Meta Platforms Inc.) — to measure and improve the performance of our advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
We display our Google Reviews on our website through Elfsight (Elfsight Aps). Elfsight collects publicly available reviews from our Google Business Profile and displays them on our website.
We use LeadConnector Email System (operated by GoHighLevel) to send emails to enquirers and clients.
Some of the service providers we use are located outside Australia. This means your personal information may be transferred to, or stored in, countries other than Australia.
In particular:
• GoHighLevel (LeadConnector LLC) is based in the United States, and its servers are primarily located there.
• Google LLC (analytics and advertising) is based in the United States.
• Meta Platforms Inc. (Facebook Pixel) is based in the United States.
• Elfsight Aps is based in Cyprus.
By providing your personal information to us and consenting to our use of these services, you consent to your information being disclosed overseas to these providers. We take reasonable steps to ensure that these providers handle your personal information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles, but you acknowledge that overseas providers may be subject to different laws than Australian privacy laws.
Our websites use cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve your experience and to help us understand how visitors interact with our sites. These technologies include:

• Enquiry information (from people who contacted us but did not become clients) is retained for up to two years, unless you ask us to delete it earlier.
• Marketing subscribers' information is retained until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
From time to time, we may send you marketing communications about our services or legal developments, but only if you have opted in to receive them.
You can opt out at any time by:
• Clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email.
• Replying "STOP" to any marketing SMS.

You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, and to ask us to correct any information that is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, or misleading.
